Yoga for Healing and Restoration

Yoga can be a powerful part of our toolkit when healing from chronic stress, difficult emotions, and emotional trauma. Gayla will bring techniques from her SheRecovers® trauma informed training, as well as her own addiction recovery journey.

REIKI & SOUND SESSIONS

Reiki, commonly referred to as energy healing, involves the transfer of universal energy from the practitioner's palms to their patient, with the aim of encouraging emotional or physical healing.

Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind, and spirit, creating many beneficial effects such as relaxation, feelings of peace, security, and wellbeing.

COACHING

Holistic coaching is an approach that considers the whole person and the interconnectedness of your physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.

This approach often involves exploring underlying beliefs, values, and patterns of behavior to promote balance, fulfillment, and overall wellness. Coaching guides you toward your own ability to flourish and thrive; body, mind, and spirit.
